# 6.1 Token Distribution

* PoW Validator Nodes (Initial Mining Batch): 20% of the total supply (200 million LBF) is allocated to validator nodes in the first batch of mining machines. These nodes are responsible for transaction verification, task distribution, and network maintenance.
* PoW Storage Nodes: 30% (300 million LBF) is allocated to storage nodes, distributed across two mining pools for different purposes.

* PoS Quality Rewards: 5% (50 million LBF) is reserved for quality staking rewards, encouraging participants to stake their tokens and ensure task accuracy.
* Train to Earn (T2E) Data Labeling: 35% (350 million LBF) of tokens are allocated to incentivizing participants in the data labeling tasks, with rewards adjusted based on quality and workload.
* Foundation and Reserves: 10% (100 million LBF) is reserved for ecosystem development, network upgrades, and providing rewards for contributors to the platform's AI model improvement.
